PROCESS OF FILTRATION FROM TO FINAL PRODUCT



Water filtration is the process of removing or reducing the concentration of particulate matter, including suspended particles, parasites, bacteria, algae, viruses, and fungi, as well as other undesirable chemical and biological contaminants from contaminated water to produce safe and clean water for a specific purpose, such as drinking, medical, and pharmaceutical applications.

AUTOMATIC CONTROL PUMP STATION FOR GROUND WATER COLLECTION

  • Auto Controlled Pump Station to collect water from ground.
  • We take the water from ground as required only.
  • We also take care of water level in the ground.
  • We collect water at very good level of TDS.
  • Store the water in very good storage tank.
  • After that we use the transfer pump to transfer Raw water from storage tank to process plant for purification process.
  • Complete of process of water from Ground water to Process plant is only as desirable for the purification.
  • This is the first stage of complete plant for any product output for the RO Plant.

FILTRATION PROCESS OF WATER

Dual Media Filter (DMF)

1. It’s first stage for the process of filtration to remove physical impurities by graded filtration system.


2. Dual Media Filter provide very efficient particle removal under the conditions of a high filtration rate.


3. Also, it helps to remove odour and colour from water.


4. A Dual Media Filter is primarily used for the removal of turbidity and suspended solids as low as from 250 to 50 microns.

Anthracite Filter (AF)

1. Anthracite literally "a type of coal", is a hard, compact variety of mineral coal that has a high luster.


2. It’s second stage for the process of filtration to remove adsorption and absorption impurities by graded filtration system.


3. Anthracite Filter remove the biological impurities, colour and odour.


4. A Dual Media Filter is primarily used for the removal of turbidity and suspended Anthracite Filter is secondary used for the removal of physical impurity and and chemical impurities as low as from 50 to 30 microns.


Softner

1. A water softener is designed to remove the hardness (a combination of Calcium & Magnesium salts) from the water by a process known as ion exchange.


2. It’s third stage for the process of filtration to remove chemical hardness to less than 5 PPM.

4. It is basically ion exchange process from Calcium and Magnesium by Sodium with the help of resin.

Micron Cartridge Filter

1. Micron Cartridge Filters are filters which filter the water to designated Micron rating.


2. This is achieved by specially designed cartridge elements to be housed inside the Filter vessel.


3. Micron Cartridge Filter is forth used for the removal of physical impurities as low as from 25 to 1 microns.


4. In filter cartridges, a micron rating refers to the smallest particle size in micron s that the filter cartridge is capable of removing

High Pressure Pump

1. This is a device that serves to compress the water that is supplied into the membrane in order to increase the pressure.


2.High pressure is needed when injecting water directly into the membrane chamber so as to ensure that the water runs efficiently for productivity.


3. RO units run well on typical city water pressure of 60 psi, but they run even better with a small pump to boost the pressure to 80 psi or higher.

Reverse Osmosis with Storage Tank

1. Reverse Osmosis (RO) is used to clean-up water to make it 99% pure.


2. A RO system design is based on a certain range of feed water TDS, the percentage of rejection and percentage of recovery desired.


3. Reverse Osmosis Systems will remove common chemical contaminants (metal ions, aqueous salts), including sodium, chloride, copper, chromium, and lead; may reduce arsenic, fluoride, radium, sulfate, calcium, magnesium, potassium, nitrate, and phosphorous.


4. To conserve water, reverse osmosis systems should be used to treat water used for drinking and cooking only, not as a whole-house filter

Transfer Pump

1. After the process from Reverse Osmosis (RO) through Added minerals and Spring technology to RO water tank it transfer the RO water to Post treatment..

Ultra Violate System (U.V)

1. The UV light kills all the disease-causing germs and bacteria and makes the water safe for consumption and household uses.


2.Although the UV lamp kills all pathogens in the water tank, the dead bodies of the microorganisms remain in the water.


3.One of the most basic forms of water filtration can be done by using a UV water purifier, which utilizes UV radiations to kill germs.

Ozone System With Tank

1.Ozone generators are often used for the purpose of removing strong odours in a room or removing mold and mildew.
